Help with the macOS app, purchases, and local data.
Email support@eblabs.xyz. Include your macOS version, Untilt version, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send broker passwords, API keys, account statements, or other financial credentials.
Open Untilt and use Restore Purchases on the paywall or settings screen. Billing, renewals, refunds, and subscription management are handled through your Apple account.
Untilt stores journals, settings, routines, and review data on your Mac. The app does not provide an Untilt account or cloud sync service. Before reinstalling or moving Macs, export the data you want to keep.
