What Untilt is

Untilt is a behavioral discipline tool. It helps you log sessions, run checklists, follow cooldowns, review trading behavior, and optionally use voice notes or an AI coach.

What Untilt is not

• Untilt is not a broker, investment adviser, trading platform, exchange, or market-data service.
• Untilt does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice.
• Untilt does not connect to brokerage accounts, read balances, inspect positions, place orders, size trades, close trades, or block orders.
• Any trading decision remains entirely yours.

Trading risk

Trading can cause substantial losses. Untilt may help you follow a process, but it cannot guarantee discipline, profits, account protection, prop-firm compliance, or any trading outcome.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Untilt Pro may be offered through monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or lifetime in-app purchase.
• Trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are managed through Apple's App Store systems and your Apple account.
• A lifetime purchase unlocks Untilt Pro for the Apple ID used to buy it. It does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To avoid future renewals, manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings.
• Prices and availability may change, subject to App Store rules and notice requirements.

Optional AI features

The AI Coach is optional and requires your own API key. If you use it, you are responsible for the provider you choose, the endpoint you configure, the content you send, and any provider charges or terms that apply.

User content and local data

You are responsible for the trading logs, reviews, voice notes, exports, API keys, and other content you store or submit through Untilt. Do not enter information you are not allowed to process or share. Keep your own backups if the data matters to you.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Untilt, attempt to bypass App Store purchase mechanisms, reverse engineer restricted portions where prohibited by law, or use the app to violate applicable laws, broker rules, prop-firm rules, or third-party terms.

Availability and changes

Untilt may change over time. Features can be added, changed, or removed. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.

Disclaimer

Untilt is provided as-is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Untilt and its operators will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, data loss, indirect damages, special damages, consequential damages, or losses caused by your trading decisions or third-party services.
